Keith Anderson questions
This is local to me and considering making an offer. I am curious if this is actually built by him or he just painted it. Is there anyway to tell? If it was built by him what would be a decent price for it? It's full Dura Ace, Thanks

Keith Anderson does/did build frames so I would suspect it was built in his shop. Value is questionable; is there a large group of people desiring a KA bike? He is a relatively unknown builder so I would think unless you can find the person who's always wanted one, the value will be similar to an equally equipped bike by a large production maker.
