10 speed miyata

Saw this bike on Craigslist in Boston for $165. Not really good at determining if the price is good or not. would appreciate all the help.

"THIS IS A 10 SPEED MYATA UNISEX BIKE IN GOOD CONDITION. IT HAS NEW TIRES, ALUMINUM RIMS, NEW BRAKES AND NO RUST. READY TO RIDE. IT WILL FIT A PERSON WHO MEASURES 5'3-5'8."

Thanks

Probably a model 110. Ready-to-ride with new tires and pads, I would say it is priced at FMV for Boston.

Looks like a pretty nice bike. As long as the tires hold air, wheels spin true, shifts through all the gears and, stops then it's probably worth it. I'd see if he'd take $150 first though.

It's a 1982 Miyata 210. The frame is plain gauge CrMo with hi-tensile forks and stays.

Around here, that bike might cost $100.
