Hey I had one of these as a kid in fact its the same year I was born. I am more looking into what you think the cost to restore and if I should try to go as original as I can or what parts i can use have built bikes before but never a project like this any kind of help is welcome. I wouldn't mind knowing how much its worth just as another bit of info i know about it.

I bought 2 Fleet Streaks in very very nice condition for $200 total -- using that logic, its worth about 100 bucks ---- which is about right for mass market Asian produced MTB's from that era with a few exceptions

I had one of those when I was a kid. Probably my best Christmas gift ever. Checking ebay sales may be your best bet. The last one sold for $300. A really nice example sold for $900. . . . brings back good memories.

These where a pretty nice but basic model BMX in very nice condition they go $250-300 with good chrome. Your probably better checking out the Bmx.Museum to sell or get better info on this bike.
