86 Pinarello Montello - Professionally Restored - Super Record - Value?

Looking to sell my 86 Pinarello Montello with Super Record. Wondering what a fair asking price would be.

55cm. Most components were NOS or nearly NOS when assembled ~8 years ago. Ridden less than 100 miles since build up. Frame was restored by Allen Wanta of Carlsbad CA with NOS original decals and original paint code. Decals UNDER the clearcoat, so they won't disintegrate like the stock ones. This thing was restored with extreme attention to detail, and every part was painstakingly gone-over when built up.

Looks like current price for parts separately is around $2750 per ebay completed listings. (priced at used but good working cond, parts on bike are in great+ condition)

Columbus SLX
3TTT Competizione T.d.f bars
C-record headset
Campagnolo Record hubs, Nisi Moncalieri Sew-Up rims
Campagnolo Super Record Crank with Pantographed chainring
Campagnolo Super Record Bottom Bracket (not Ti version)
Selle Royal S17 Saddle
Gippiemme fluted seatpost
Campagnolo Super Record SuperLeggera Pedals with Campagnolo clips and ALE straps
Campagnolo Super Record Shifters and Derailers
Campagnolo Super Record Calipers
Campagnolo C-Record levers

Thanks!

I'd say that's a very nice $1200 bicycle.

+1. That's exactly the number going through my head as I read the description. No doubt a fraction of what you have in it. There are folks giving top dollar for vintage bike items everyday so maybe $1,500 if it appeals to one of them.

Gorgeous bike and another nice Wanta paint job.

Maximize return - part it out and sell the parts individually. Sad but true.

Thanks! Not far from what I suspected.

May do just that. A trade of time for more money really.

Thanks, I agree! Part of me wants to hang it on a wall as art instead of sell it... Sigh...
