Gios - 90s? help identifying

hey there wondering if anyone can help identify this Gios Frame and if its worth the $380 asking price?

Im guessing from the spacing that is an early 90's frame?

Sorry im a newbie and cant paste links but the ebay description is:

It's definitely no earlier than 1992, as the tubing decal mentions Dedacciai and 1992 was the year they were founded. I tend to associate that Italian flag braze-on with Billato, a contract manufacturer, as they used it on many brands they produced for others. However, it was a standard catalogue item and could be used by anybody.

I have a Gios Compact from 1995 with same paint scheme and Italian flag. That is a different model. There are a few rust issues, but they don't look to be that bad and it comes with a Campy headset. It will be 130 spaced and you could put a modern group n there for a very nice everyday rider.

I don't think that price is too out of line but my guess is it won't sell quickly and you could put in a lower offer.
