ROMANI vintage bike - what is this? Info?

This bike is for sale in my area. Its no doubt a pretty exotic find around here, but what is it, really? I cant find much information on Romani bikes. IIRC the Romani brothers mostly made frames for different brands, and Romani bikes were somewhat rare. The components are mixed. Some campy, Weinmann and Spidel brakes...No idea what the frame is. The ad says "70-80s bike" only. Any ideas on year on this one? Hes asking quite alot for it.
The pics in the ad are kinda crappy:

From what I've seen in different forums and heard from different persons, Romani bikes are old, good quality, but not that expensive. I have one from the late 70s and also has mixed components from what they were used to be "quality brands" at the time (Campagnolo, Weinmann, Mobi, Michelin...). I think that this one is also from the 70s, as it has the same decals as mine; so unless the owner have repared essential parts of the bike (I mean, if it's in the original state), it shouldn't cost more than 150-200. (I have seen someone selling this model for 80 here in Madrid)

The frame features suggest very late 1970s to very early 1980s and mid-range.
