Orbit Track/Singlespeed value?

I just came upon an orbit track/singlespeed in my size at the local bicycle kitchen and snatched it up. It has an obvious home made paint job, but aside from all of that has an original orange to yellow fade with all of the factory decals (and then some). It doesn't appear to be a true track bike to me since it does have drilled holes for a brake caliper set, but the owner did race it in the velodrome before donating. I'm not sure what it's worth, but I picked it up for $50. Are there any experts who would like to chime in on its value?

Also, please excuse my extremely messy garage with the currently inoperable WRX. It's a sitting duck as I wait to pull the motor to extract a pesky valve cover bolt that snapped on me. That's right, I can't drive my car because of a $3 bolt.

Pretty hard to give a value without knowing the components and tubeset, the latter which appears to be entry level Reynolds 500.

Yup 500 and Columbus Aelle tubing. I'm guessing that was for the fork and stays. Components: stronglite crankset (i have a matching headset to add in later) and 6502 Shimano (maybe 600/Ultegra?) hubs. Rims seem basic.
