Bought this Bianchi in the celeste color. Couldn't find anything that looked like this on the internet. The only area where Bianchi was engraved was the fork. It had english thread. Not sure what I bought exactly.

Hello and welcome to the forums. Where are you and the frame? For starters I don't think the decals match the vintage of the frame I think it is about 10 or so years older. However I don't see anything on the frame that says Bianchi to me except the staping on the fork ends. So I am wondering if this is something from the European market.

I'm pretty sure the fork and frame are both Bianchi but not matched . The fork looks to be off a lesser 70's none Bianchi made Italian model and the frame looks to be an early 80's Japanese built limited. As for value I would say about $75-100 if everything is true and the fork works good with the frame.

Thanks. I am in Houston and purchased the frame on Offerup here.

Dropouts look to be Shimano and fork looks to be off-the-shelf Tange. ----- |
Welcome to the forums. I agree, the fork and frame appear to be mismatched as the blade end and stay treatments are different. Also, the fork has fender eyelets, whereas the frame does not. The serial number should tell us the year and country of origin, after which we might be able to narrow down the model.

I agree with the lugs. They look more like my Univega.
