If the bike fits you, pretty much any decent quality road bike is easily worth $100 in most markets. There are insufficient pics to make a firm judgment about quality and there are no pictures of the drive side which are important. Still the bike has a frame sticker (2d picture) which suggests that the bike may well be decent quality steel (look for chrome moly). The bike also appears to have forged drop outs which is a sign of a decent quality frame as well.

Well that frame isn't worth $439 but that bike is certainly worth $100.

Another rider that moves their handlebars back. Gasp, what is the world coming to. (I ride mine the same way)
As long as it's in good shape get it fast. If on CL I wonder if there is something wrong because of the low price. Maybe not be. That's a deal for that bike if in good shape. You might even get it for a little less.

Top tube dent is a big deal killer....... overall, that bike's quite a mess...
I'd move on and find another bike. Enough out there without those condition issues to drop this one from contention, without regrets.
