The front wheel alone is worth the price. It's hard to pick out much from the poor resolution, non-drive side picture but those appear to be mid-1980s Shimano pedals and it appears to have have the scalloped Shimano headset lock nut. My overall impression is that the components are probably 1984-1987 Shimano New 600EX. If OEM, that would make this a Bianchi Limited.

My advice is to hurry. If the bike has been advertised locally then it will not be long before it is sold. Were I there, it would already be in my humble collection.

I would say it is 1985 limited with some none original parts. At $50 as said it is a great deal I see a minimum of 2x part out value even if it isn't in riding shape.
