Unless you're willing to carefully go through each frame that's potentially worth anything at all, to ensure it's not cracked or badly dented, then no. My first impressions are there isn't anything there particularly interesting.
Any pics of the Bianchi? If it's in good (buildable) shape it'd be worth it. Otherwise... no.

If you have an intended use for the bike and all those frames, then the price is not horrible. If you don't know what you will do with all the frames, pass. They will just take up space until you realize that there is little demand for most of them. My opinion, of course.

There might be enough in parts and frames to justify the price but these bikes have been abused. When I see a bunch of frames like this, you know that incompetent mechanics have mucked around with them and there will be real problems with a great many if not all these frames. I'd pass.

Where are these? There was only one Bianchi cataloged with that frame in '90, the catalog is missing, but it hadb a MAX frame and top shelf gear. I don't think this is one though. I have seen a few European models with the radical frame design show up on CL and the bay but they are usually pretty lowend.
If it fits and runs and want a unusual Bianchi MTB turned city bike go for it.

I would say yes basically worth but I would see if the seller is willing to just sell the Bianchi for $50. Really only the whole bike and the two standing up are worth anything the rest is just scap metal, you would likely be better off just taking the two or three decent looking frames with forks and leaving the rest.
