Bike lug 'D' cut-out

Bike lug 'D' cut-out
hello, I've got this 1973 racebike, full campagnolo and tubulars and very good original condition (fork is not original).
It has 'Gios Torino' decals and the correct Gios blue (colour seems original) but I'm not sure. The only giveaway is the downtube lug cut-out. This is a distinct letter 'D' on yellow background. The other lugs have a dot cut-out. Could it be a Pela build bike? But what about the 'D' cut-out?

Does it look like this? If so, than it's most likely a Diamant. At least that's my conclusion, based on the fact that I recently encountered a Diamant with this cut-out.

@srge - if the cutout doesn't quite match the one posted by @non-fixie, it could also be a Dossche Sport (Gent) if the letter is more of a sans serif style font:
