Bike ID help

Can any one ID this bike? this is ending in 5hr on a auction where i live, the seller has no idea about the bike and the specs so for all the experts here what could this bike be and what is it equipped with from the looks of it?

Looks like pretty typical mid level road bike from the 80's can't say what it is from the pics. Looks like the fork and front wheel may be replacements and the frame seems to be partially repainted. In general it has the look of a bike that was built from a bunch of nicer used parts I would say pass unless it's dirt cheap $100 or less.

The colour scheme looks familiar to me. Norco (Canada) and Nishiki (Japan) were marketing bikes under a different name; maybe Forsa? something like that. Early '90s?
