Peugeot RSX steel rebuilt bike

Hi, i'm new to the forum, was looking for some steel bike and if you can share some opinions. Found this bike which price is 300 euro with space for negotiation, i post the description:
28 Powder coated paint frame because the paint was in very bad condition. Cro-Mo steel frame 52-52cm (size is ok)
New wheelset Vuelta aluminium double wall.
New tyres and tubes Continental ultra sport
New aluminium handlebar with new bartape.
Dual RSX profilacted powder coated paint like new.
New chain and accessories.
New bottom bracket
New brakes
Speeds 37
Saddle Bontrager
Cage Bontrager
Aluminium Cranks Vero FSA
Rear Shimano RSX
Front Shimano Ultegra
Is it worthed, which year is the frame model and how much is the reasonable price, thanks

From the pics, the refinish and rebuild looks very well done. Like the way it was kept simple with just a monochrome, white paint job. I think it's just a little bit high in price, being that it lost its originality, but if you do not really mind it not being all original and prefer the updated components, it could be worth it. Heck, see if the seller will go for 225 Euros. It won't hurt to ask......Maybe meet somewhere in the middle for a final price.
