Looks to be the Corsa GS model. Note stamped ends, swaged chainset, three-piece hubs, crimped steel pedals. Fairly low in the range.

Frame has a Columbus SL decal but this may be a red herring as the dropouts do not look forged and components are entry level. I'm really surprised to see cable routing over the BB shell on a bicycle with decals that indicate it is no older than a 1986 model. Also, fork looks like it may be bent. Very rough condition. $50-$75.

Mid level early 80's model in good but filthy neglected shape nice basic road bike worth about $200 cleaned up and ready to go. As presented I would agree with T-Mar on the $75 value this one looks to have a lot of potential to be a good basic rider needing a lot of work so you don't want to go over $100 on your buying price.
