Stamped dropouts, nutted wheels, steel rims. $80 is about right depending on your area. In a large college town, possibly a little more.

But this is assuming it's fully tuned and ready to go, otherwise probably less. Love the fade paint job. Shoguns are decent bikes, but this is one of their lower-end models. Foam handlebar tape screams of the 70's. But at least it has a cotterless crank, many bikes of the 70's and 80's had cottered cranks, which are a pain to deal with IMO.

I would say it is an early 80's entry level model considering it is a mixte with nice cosmetics I would go a bit higher on price at $125-150 if everything is in good working order ready to ride. I would say if your looking for a bike to ride regularly this in not a great choice and you will likely want something a bit better with alloy quick release wheels and alloy components. If you let use know your location and size someone here can probably point you to a better bike.
