Per advertisement
"This bike has a 19 inch frame with a few scratches. It has new 27 1 1/4 inch tires on quick release rims, Shimano components, new gear cables, bottle holder and kickstand. Ready to ride!!"
There is only one photo and it looks nice to my untrained eye.
Can anybody advise, it just seems too good a price..........

That is an awfully small frame. I'd have to check the catalog but I am not sure if this has a chromo fork but I kind of doubt it. I think the frame is tritubi chromo and mangalloy stays.
The price seems OK but it likely needs some work.

Yes, I'd say that was a more than fair price for a 1987 Bianchi Premio in RTR condition. Often, if you need something this small, the rarity warrants a premium. BTW, they were spec'd with a CrMo fork.
