There are people out there with the $$, chances are, the right person will not be in Phoenix, so shipping will be involved. At below market pricing, it sells easily in Phoenix. Buyer might then keep it, or might turn around and resell it (and ship it). I have bought many high end bikes locally in my market. I may be the only buyer. To resell has meant casting a wider net (ebay) and shipping.

Please don't confuse ebay "asking" prices with "selling" prices. Many sellers never get their ask price. some are far from it. Value is determined once an item actually SELLS. Its easy enough to check SOLD prices.
