Not seeing your picture.

What's the serial number? Raleigh made a few versions of this. The bikes considered Team Professionals will have an SB serial number. The bikes made of 531 tubing that have team livery, but which were made with a bit less attention to detail have serial numbers that start with W. They also made some bikes with heavier tubing and more entry level components that can be identified by serial numbers that start with neither "SB" or "W".

The subject bicycle appears to be an early 1990s Technium Team. These were USA manufacture and typically built with bonded Reyynolds 753 and Dura-Ace components, though this one seems to have been rebuilt with with newer components. I can't believe the bicycle was laid on the ground, on the derailleur side to take the picture, That's a double faux pas. Value will be highly dependent on the component group.

Much newer than I anticipated. None of what I posted before applies.
