1990s? Bianchi Equinox
I'm guessing at it being an Equinox, the images are not great quality, but I can see "nox" somewhat clearly. Looks like Suntour something or others front and rear derailleur, Araya VX400 rims. Here's a link to the CL page. Listed for 99 bucks, it's not like I need another bike but I'm a sucker for deals on a +1. I contacted the seller about size, but it seemed like a good deal for a celeste Bianchi, and I do have two friends looking kinda sorta for a bike along these lines if its a better fit for one of them. Thoughts? Are the Japanese 90's Bianchi's decent rides?

I'd buy that bike in a heartbeat for $99. I wouldn't waste my time getting a valuation. That bike has a complete suntour xc pro group (including the command shifters). The parts alone are worth considerably more than the asking price for the bike. Those frames are easy as heck to sell as well. That is a tange prestige frame set. Buy it even if it has some issues.

Huh. Alright then, I'll see what I can do when the seller hopefully gets back to me, it's only about an hour drive to it. I guess I'll let you know what happens then.

Graphics are 1990-1991 and the fork decal does appear to be Tange Prestige, which is correct for an Equinox of this era. Components do appear to be the spec SunTour XC Pro. I'm not a big fan of Accushift but it's hard to wrong at $99 unless there are major issues. FYI, 1990 MSRP was $1200 US.

Was looking into buying this bike myself. I couldn't make out the name, so I was trying all kinds of variations in google. Eventually, I tried the rim model number and found this thread. Weird.
100 bucks seemed like a bargain. I'm in the Roc too.
Please buy it so I don't

Just from the couple texts I've gotten from this guy, this might be a little sketchy. We'll see what happens.

I would definitely snatch that up at $99. T-Mar of course is spot on and the Celeste color makes this a '90. The whole frame is Prestige in Superset 2 so the DT is a little oversized.
It looks like the '58cm frame and with the highr BB it will likely fit more like a 59 or 60.

Pretty sure this is a scam. Annoyed that I wasted the gas driving out here.

I went to the address given, and the guy home had no idea what I was talking about. Contacted the seller, thinking maybe auto correct had changed it on him, was given a new address across town, got half way there and the guy said he was confused and it had already sold. The second address was suspicious because its just a parking lot and a fast food joint.
