Newbie needs help

Hello, so I posted in a general chat room and a senior member told me to ask here. I am looking at a Bianchi 10speed. The seller has minimal info. as he got it through an estate of a relative that past. I would like to figure out model and year if possible.Any help appreciated. It is Celeste in color, is a "Giro" and thats what I know. I have pics of some decals and equipment. I will post full pic as soon as possible.Thank you. Oh, the frame and forks are carbon.

Bikes: too many bikes from 1967 10s (5x2)Frejus to a Sumitomo Ti/Chorus aluminum 10s (10x2), plus one non-susp mtn bike I use as my commuter

It dates to either side of 2002, and was probably an upper end, but not top of the line model. Cost when new was probably close to $2,000.

I'm not overly familiar with the specific models, and anyway would need more than what you posted, but a few details allowed me to get you to the ballpark. Hopefully, a true Bianchi fan will give you more.

Good luck with it, it's a nice machine.

BTW, I'm sure you know this, but those aren't the original pedals.

So here is a full pic of the one along with a pic of another decal that is located on the down tubs of the frame. Hope it helps.

Bike looks OK, but the camera could use some work.

I've nothing to add re, the bike, but if you try again, photograph the bike from the right side, so people can see the drivetrain, since those components are good indicators of the specific model and/or the overall value.

It looks like a 2005 Giro but they came with Shimano, at least here in the U.S. The group was changed for some reason and this bike looks like it needs some work.
