Vintage Diamant Reynolds 531. Worth the effort?

So this came up locally for 100 euros and it looks like it would fit plus I am looking for a retro road bike... At this price (120 USD aprox) should I or maybe wait for something better? Campy dropouts, reynollds 531... Seller claims it is full Shimano 500? a groupset I am not familiar with...

Any input appreciated...Thank you

It looks to be in decent condition. If it fits you, I'd say 100 euros for an all 531 db frame is a good deal.

If the 531 decal is legit, then I'd get it. If it isn't, well then too, probably.

Shimano 500 was short-lived, and sat somewhere between Altus and 600. Functionally excellent, just like Altus and 600.

Wow- you can pass on this for $120? You must have a really great local bike market.

This would sell on the first day where I live.
