I see what appears to be the 1974 Campione del Mondo decal. If so, it's no older than a 1975 model. It also has a Calibrati 1-20 decal which means the tubing is hi-tensile steel. Basically, what you have is a frame for a late 1970s club racer. Typically, they are seen with Campagnolo Valentiono derailleurs and Universal 68 brakeset. The crankset would be a steel cottered unit, probably Magistoni. Wheels would be tubular, likely with Gnutti hubs, though some would consider an upgrade to Campagnolo Tipo. 3TTT bars and stem. If you obtain the frame, the manufacturing date can be determined from the serial number, which should be on the front collar of the top head lug.

Magistroni gone by about one decade when cycle manufactured. If steel chainset equipped more likely a NERVAR Sport. If alloy chainset equipped most likely one of the swaged OFMEGA models.
Definitely pre-Piaggio.

...also noted: I'm 96% certain that's not the original fork, which is always of some concern.
