This is a Strada model produced in the late 1960's and early 1970's. I had always assumed them to be manufactured in the Chiroda facility but T-Mar has written that because the serial is stamped in the head lug they must have been produced in the Bianchi facility.
Frame is constructed of the Agrati "AM" pattern lugset (ART. 000.8040/U). Head is bulge-formed.
They were sold in department stores, chain stores. Not typically from bike shops.

Will leave appraisal to others more knowledgeable.
Bicycle was the very bottom model of the manufacturer's "drop bar tenspeed" range at this time.
Usually, bottom level models are valued only for utility and not of much interest to enthusiasts.

I have the same Bianchi in blue, same components.
The decals are pulling, but you can still read Strata. I should have some pictures. 1972..73

Prices BITD -
In the late 1960's these were going for ~$70 at discount stores and one could occasionally find them for ~$60 on sale. Once "the boom" got going strong they cost a few dollars more.

Typically Bianchi plus Campagnolo equals desirable and valuable. Not so much in this instance. While undoubtedly a decent ride, value is limited. It looks in nice shape and that helps some. Shame about the decals.
