555 SL Raleigh Grand Prix Racing Bike

What would this bike be worth? Excellent shape, chrome moly frame.

+1 There are people for whom this particular model is attractive. Size first, condition next.

Not everyone wants the 555 SL frames, not sure why not, when others seek 531. The weight difference is insignificant at this overall weight level, and the 555 seemed to "chrome up" better than many other tubings.

Many blame the country of manufacture. Others prefer the quality control that they reflected.

Small market. Preference-Size-Condition. $100-$250 max. Just an old bike to many, many, a gem to a very few others.

A picture would surely help.

Good luck in whatever particular endeavor pertains to the bike.
