Model is Rekord. There is a number after Rekord on the TT. Can't make it out. That number coincides with the component mix on the frame. Frame looks very nice but is straight gauge, hi-tensile and less desirable. Still, it is a Bianchi and the coveted color so it will get attention. Frame pump alone has decent value.

Gonna take a stab and guess 1975. BTW, looks like tubular wheels. Could be a negative to some buyers, while a plus to those who like them and know how to deal with them.
