Probably not. Guerciottis of the 80s typically had star cutouts in lugs, the fork crown and the bottom bracket. The name was cast into the seatstay caps as well. Also, the rear dropout adjusters were never re-installed or it never had any. You need much better close up photos. Looks quite iffy under the new paint.

Fork crown doesn't look right either. They usually had windows on the sides of the crown. It does have a G on it but I think they are usually in a star.
