Cyclo Man panto stem

Hi, any idea who could have its own name on this piece? Done some search and cant find any info. It seems its from late 70s or early 80s. Thanks for any info.

Definitely a typical aero style stem from the 80's

Never heard of "Cyclo Man" brand stem, Might have been a house brand for a cycle retailer. Could be made by a generic component maker in Asia that offers pantographing for companies that order in volume, or just could be a one-off custom for somebody trying to personalize a bike?
For value, Unfortunately, not much..... maybe 10 to 15 bucks at most...... and still a hard sell at that low price becuse of the "proprietary" name on it.... unless you happen to find another "Michael Stump" to sell it to......

My immediate thought was that it might be from a Panasonic PICs bicycle, as they laser etched the owner's name into the stem. However, I'm not familiar with Cyclo Man and if it's Italian as reported, that would rule out a PICs stem.
