MB Dronfield from the UK? Circa 1980's?
Its hard to say, they don't show up often on this side of the pond.
Off the top of my head its the only MB I can think of but I don't recall ever seeing one with pantographed forks like that before.

that was my guess too but cant find any model with panto and with columbus. they were custom bicycles so maybe its one of a kind
