We will need some pics and more details to help sakae custom road champion likely refers to the type bars and stem and doesn't tell us much more than it is likely a entry level Japanese built model from the 80's.

Good pics are the best way to identify it.

"Sakae Custom Road Champion" thats the brand of the handlebars, used on dozens if not hundreds of bikes. Does not tell anything about what model your bike is. If anything, it gives the indication that the bike was made in Asia (Japanese handlebars). Most asian Bianchis were lower end and less desirable.
People that seek Italian vintage bikes want models made in Italy with Italian components and parts.

Good Morning Eric, I got your pics. Unfortunately my catalogs are still in storage so I can't be certain but I think this is a '85ish Classica. With a nice basic TreTubi Chromoly frame, and durable shipmano Z series components, it should be a nice townie after a little cleaning and tune up. Perhaps T-Mar will chime in with a better assessment of the model.

Its not worth much. Plain gauge frame tubing, missing seat post, saddle and front wheel, low end Shimano parts, stem shifters = entry level. Rusty cables = needs to be refurbished, not just a tune up.
$25 to $50 as it sits around here.

It's definitely a 1985 model and does look like a Classica but the literature doesn't mention it being available in a ladies' model. However the Sport, which used the same tretubi CrMo PG tubeset and many of the same components (derailleurs, crankset, brakes), was offered in a ladies' frame.
It's an entry level model. While the tubing is CrMo, it is only in the main triangle and is heavier plain gauge. The forks and stays are hi-tensile steel. Given the rust, missing front wheel, saddle and seat post, I concur with the previous assessment.
