Vintage Bike Collection Appraisal in SoCal
Folks,
Looking for someone that can appraise the value of a vintage bike collection in Orange County - approximately 50 1970s bikes in various condition plus parts.
The request came through my bike club and I thought I'd try here.
The party would be willing to pay for the services.
PM me if you are interested.
Thanks
Joe

Unless someone local that can see them all it would take a lot of pics and details if they are nice. So here's a bump in case someone is.
You could also entertain us with at least one pic to go over

Is this the same inquiry that @randyjawa had received?
Other than 1970’s, what countries of origin are the bulk of the collection from?
If the goal is to sell the bikes, will it be local only, via an auctioneer, via online auction or fixed price?
How will you facilitate delivery?

I'm not sure if it is the same one from @randyjawa. This came to me through my bike club (Bicycle Club of Irvine)
This is appraisal only - one party will maintain the collection.
If you do this type of thing, we should talk and I can put you with the party in question (that will not retain the collection).
I have no interest otherwise in this matter - I just told one party I would put up a post here and see if anyone local is interested.
Otherwise, I know a few local ebay and swap meet sellers that could possibly do this as well.
Thanks for all the help.
Joe
