Lotus 12 speed road bike circa 1983-84

I have a lotus 12 speed road bike, purchased in Philadelphia new when I lived there. I loved it and rode on many long trips with it! As I am over 60 now I find I am not riding as much and it has not been cared for properly in the last 10 years. However, it still hangs from hooks in the rafters of my garage and I would like to bring it back up to speed (so to speak) and ride again this summer.
If this does not happen, what might it be worth in the Canadian market? I live in Edmonton now.

Upload photos showing the right or drive side of the bike to a photo hosting site, not google, and past the links here.

Lotus made a wide range of models, so the requested pictures will permit us to determine the level, in addition to appraising the mechanical and cosmetic condition. It would also be valuable to know your location, as there is a significant disparity in values between places like Dog River and T.O..
