Weird stem, looks like an upside down cinelli xa. Looks short also, people seem to ask crazy money for short 80-90mm cinelli stems!

Uhhmmmm... wasn't there a Modolo "death stem" that looked like that?? I'd check whether it's the updated version that was beefed up, just for piece of mind.....
that is quite a striking looking bike! Paint/color is gorgeous!. Only thing that could have been better was the fork, but the Unicrown style fork was pretty much standard for a lot of road bikes back then.

Plain gauge Gara tubing, lugless head tube, Unicrown fork and lack of chrome & embossing are detriments in the C&V field. I don't see over $175 and that's only because of the excellent condition, extra components and Rossin name.

The OP hasn't posted since June so I wouldn't expect a reply any time soon

OP lives near me and recently he sent this frame to be repainted.
I doubt he's looking for a value now to resell.
It was a beautiful frame and I recommended he not paint it...but of course its his decision

Hello,
I've haven't been to the site in awhile. The Rossin frame is still available, with or without the stem.
