Klein Quantum Race Frame

A co-worker's brother is selling this Klein Frame. I believe it is a 1998 version in decent condition except for a some scratches on the chainstays. Appears to be 55-56cm. What do these go for, & what would be a good price to offer?

Here is a NDS photo from a Klein frame that is for sale on ebay, & the dropout appears to be the same.
