Bad example
It’s a decent bike. What is being asked for it? It will need some work and a different saddle. And are those levers Mafacs?

I really don't know the value in todays flat/buyers market, worth whatever someone will pay for it. Can't see the pic(can anyone?) to see the components but I think those frames more than decent, a bargain really if priced fairly, especially for use as a touring and/or commuting bike. Braze ons for cantis, fenders, and racks, plenty of clearance for 28 tires and maybe for snug fit(rear)32s, no problem for 32s in front. Tange #2 tubes which are a few ounces heavier than #1 . I have a Pro Tour 61-2cm frame I built up using parts bin components for tall friends/visitors to use, its really a sweet bike.

I have 2 and looking for another pre 82 or 83, the version with brazed on centerpull brakes.
