Steel vintage Specialized Allez

Got this '86 or so steel Allez that I recently cleaned up and was thinking about getting rid of it. The components are okay but not all matching. I think I got about a $100 into it so far. It looks pretty nice except for a small ding in the top tube. The fit for some reason is very uncomfortable to me and thus don't care to ride it much. The size is about 50cm. Any ideas on what I can get? I'm in the Bay Area, CA.

I posted it in this thread...

Bay Area market I would say at least $200, depending on how big that dent is. If it’s so small you have to point it out the potential buyer, then I’d say try for $350 and go from there. It’s really pretty in your pics.

Yeah the first bike pictured in the link the OP provided looks great, but it's hard to see the detail. Very attractive if clean.

The big problem the OP is having is the same problem many people have with vintage roadies. The aggressive nature of the frame, and the stem make the bike uncomfortable.

I won't stop picking up certain vintage roadies cheap, but modern bikes are often much more comfortable rides.
