I think the color combination is going to drive down the price of an otherwise quite nice bicycle.
Kind of an interesting mix of tricolor crank/RD and Mavic FD and brakes.
Shifters are tricolor? What about brake levers? Condition of hoods? Wheelset?

Shimano lever with still nice hoods. Mavic hubs and Mavic GEL 280 rims.

Frankenbuild does not help too. Either you compete the Shimano group or the Mavic, going one way or another will improve value, but you might just actually get more money parting out the bike (especially the Mavic components) instead of selling it as-is. You do have to clean up the components really good, to get max value out of them though.
Only way to get max value out of the frameset is to find someone looking for that particular color scheme....otherwise, it is a top quality frameset made by a now well known American builder....

Itís a great frame. I guess I am the oddball, as I like the strong late 80ís vibe. Probably a custom job. I agree that parting it out would make the most sense. If you donít feel like doing that, I would put black bar tape on (the Benotto tape is both pink and faded) and ask something like $700. For reference I sold a 92 Impulse on EBay around a year ago for about $1050, but it was lovely blue/silver, in impeccable shape, with full DA 8 speed STI.

I'm not sure about the price with this group. The frameset alone should be 200-300$, but yeah, that colour combo is going to turn off some buyers. The components have wear and/or need cleaning. I think asking 700$ is not ridiculous, but if you were buying I'd be advising closer to 500$.
