That's (almost) just like mine. They are highly regarded, and the paint looks pretty good, so I'd think somewhere around $200. FWIW the frame and fork cost about $325 new.
Interesting that this one has the derailleur cables routed under the BB and under the chain stay; mine has the cables over the BB and the stop is on top of the chain stay.

The later 720s had much more desirable cantilever brakes. On the other hand, crankset alone is worth ~ $100, plus you have a headset. So sure, the value is there IMHO.

I’m not too concerned about cantis, with the centerpulls I could set up 650b’s, or stick to 700c’s. The Canti brazes would nice, but if I really miss them I could have some added at a future date.
This could be the frame to build into the Singer/Herse tribute I’ve been pondering.

Some buyers like to see what frame looks like as a complete bike to see how everything lines up Incase it’s been in an accident.
