Grand Jubilee - (Portland)

The ad literally just says:
"bicycle type: road
frame size: Me
wheel size: 26 in
'Nice bike brand new tires'"
I'm supposed to go check it out today. Before I realized it was a Grand Jubilee I saw "Grand" something and asked if it was a Grand Touring or a Grand Record or what, and he said "I don't see Touring or Record anywhere on it?" leading me to believe he doesn't really know what he has. So, given the very few pictures in the ad, can anybody here tell what to expect from this? And of course both pics are from the left side. Hah

Location matters..
Portland prices will be higher, than if you were selling it elsewhere,
like in Lake & Harney county..
Used MTB out here, on coast, ... $200 ..

Be aware that Portland CL vintage bike ads are 90% flippers and prices are inflated. Actual Portland market is not that crazy.
