1998 Schwinn Peloton w/ Reynolds 853 Frame

Only have one pic from the seller, but thoughts on the value of this Schwinn Peloton would be much appreciated. This one has downtube shifters instead of Brifters.
Thank you!

Without the brifters, most of the value is in the 853 frame, less so the aluminum fork. Maybe $200-250 as is, but put some nice brifters back on and it's $350 and up depending on your market.

I have one with a carbon fork and Cambium Saddle. Awesome ride.

I had a 99 Circuit. It was quite a good ride and quite light when I threw some Williams System 30 wheels on it. The alloy fork on these can be harsh if the pavement isn't totally smooth. I sold my years ago for $400 and wish I had it back.

I'd say if the one your looking at is in good shape then $200-300 is fair.
