What I know is that it is French and probably from the late 40's-early 50's. Any value? Thanks, Shawn

Interesting,
From a town (Vienne) on the Rhone River, just outside of Lyon, in southern France.
Must have been used a lot on Follis bicycles that were built in Lyon.
Does not look that special and frankly not that pretty a design and quite crude (But then, a lot of French stuff from that time was), so unless there's really very few of these were made, I do not see big value for this stem.
