My buddy had one. In 1987 he paid $1000 for it! Not a cheap bike at all. He loved it until the head tube got a spiral crack in it. Could not be fixed and he was really upset as he rode that bike a lot. I built him a 1973 P13 Paramount which he claims is equal in ride quality. I have all the original parts/ fork etc. off the old Circuit.

I picked one of these up recently as well. Mine didn't have as much mismatch by the 140mm extension stem wasn't original on a 22" frame.
I have went back and forth on rebuild or part out as well.
