1983 Trek 560 Reynolds 501 in rough shape

So I'm looking at one for a good price, but its look reflects that. It's got some pretty rough scrapes on the chain stay and forks. What would it be worth in banged up condition? I'm not really into the race bike geometry so it would be for resale. Parts look to be original but rusty to faded so likley not great for parting out. I'm expecting the frame to be where the money is, if there is any.
58 cm frame.
brochure for refrence. It was in a guys yard and I didnt snap any pics.

For resale flipping pass based on description it would basically need to be free to make money on a flip. Great bike as rider I would go as high as $200 for one in slightly rough if it was the right size and the frame was good just no real room for flipping on one of these.
