'96 Mongoose IBOC Zero-G SX
Haven't been into bikes for quite a while, so I'm really not sure what this is worth. Traded a guitar for it a few years ago. Still have the original judy xc, zoom stem, mavic wheels, and front cantilever. Pretty sure the whole groupset is Deore XT.

26" MTBs don't get much love these days. Most of the value is in your XT group.
I sold this Comp SX last year for $195 completely redone. It had the looptail rear end like their BMX bikes.

Likely around $200, maybe $250 if you can find the right buyer. The money is in the parts.

Although they are great frames and one of my favs, the old MTB as mentioned above just dont get much money, plus you put a stigma of the newer generation thinking Mongoose is a dept store bike as it has become the IBOC's are like the rest if not a little worse off..
Here is my 1992 IBOC Pro with Loopback stays and tolberone top tube. and short cage XT derailleur stock

Thanks guys, yeah $200 was about what I was thinking. I can't remember the last time I rode mine but I still don't wanna sell it really. I've never seen that toblerone top tube before, wish mine had it lol.

Good for you. These are sleepers IMO. I remember this Goose as having a very planted and stable feel to the rear triangle. My takeaway was that the ride was way above the pay grade for a 20 year old design. You'd be hard pressed to buy a $200 MTB today that would give you more fun.
