Not sure of the year. I have only these pics to go on. Wondering about value and general opinion on the bike.

I'd expect it to be kind of heavy, but as nice or nicer than other bikes with stock top pull brake levers, because....it's a Miyata! Probably 27" wheels. One just popped up in Atlanta for $100. That's probably a pretty good price. I had a Miyata 310 that was very beautiful and nicely painted, Shimano Golden Arrow build, the white and mint model. Man, it was heavy.

That's about the tightest geometry I can ever remember seeing on a 30 poind bike. Even low end Miyatas are pretty special.

I'm guessing that's a 54cm frame. Looks like the right size for me. I will check it out this morning. Thanks for the info, guys!
