Older folding bikes tend to have little or no value. The Raleigh Twenty has a bit of a following, still not big money. I've given up trying to sell any of the rest of them, and donated them off to get rid of them.
As far as age, I would be surprised if it was that old. If it has a Sturmey Archer rear hub, those all have date codes on them.
