I don't know whether the bike in question is Billato built but my Spica is and it is a very nice bike. If it is Billato built it would well be worth the $200 asking price

Given all the info supplied by jamesdak and T-Mar, it seems pretty likely that it is Billato built. Regardless, it is a very nice bike, the ride is really sweet, and I definitely feel like it was $200 well spent.

Yep, except for a very small number of early bikes all the Giordana's were done by Billato. And yes that is a very good thing.
