1973 Schwinn P13 Paramount

I have been asked by a close friend to sell his Paramount for him. I have been storing it for a while and he is not into the maintenance that is required on a classic bike. The frame is solid with no dents or dings but the chrome is not perfect. Not so much rust as just plain fade on the lugs. The "socks" are fair with some fade but no major pitting. The paint has been either touched up or redone at some point . The decals were put on by me right after he purchased it and I did not clear coat so they have rubbed through in a couple of places as he has ridden this bike a lot since he bought it. Mostly Campagnolo group with Modolo Corsa brakes . The seat post is SR not Campy and I plan to put an old Brooks Pro saddle on it for the sale . I will wrap the Cinelli bars with cloth tape (probably black) and completely go through the bike , grease the bearings , chain maintenance , wheel truing , etc. I can get better pictures after I get back from Eroica , I just want to know how much effort and $$ to put in this bike so I don't overkill. Thanks for any and all help. Joe

Repaint dings value.
lack of correct transfers on Seat tube does as well and the added braze ons.
big big size hurts a bit , tall guys are cheap.
