factory was located in Sandnes, on the southwest coast
company name Jonas Oeglaend
brand still going today in a nominal sense, although beginning in 1996 all new cycles which bear it are produced in the orient

The bike could certainly use a good cleaning.
Can you tell the tubing type?
I see either a first generation steel Campagnolo Record or a Campagnolo Grand Sport rear derailleur. Campagnolo bar end shifters. Probably a Campagnolo Strada crankset.
My guess is that you have a fair amount of value in the groupset, and the overall bike is worth somewhere between $300 and $400 as-is. A bit more if cleaned up.
