What is this handlebar ?
I came across with this handlebar in the ads, it seems that the seller also does not know what it is.
He asks 30 usd for it
Is it something special or worth to store ? Can anyone help.

It's an ITM (Italmanubri). The diagonal cut of the quill end indicates a low end model. High end stems typically have a flat ended quill that accepts a conical expander nut. The latter places less stress on the steerer tube of the fork. It's a perfectly serviceable bar and stem but nothing special or valuable. Given the missing expander bolt and nut, I'd pass at that price.
